• Market and data analysis to identify industry and market trends – together with Category Management;
• Positioning and guiding the sales channels;
• Positioning and leadership of the brand;
• Conception + optimization of own product ranges;
• Sales and competition analyzes for positioning, pricing and assortment determination;
• Responsible for the calculation of the assortments and realization of the target WREM;
• Definition of the marketing plan and its implementation;
• Leadership and development of the BU;
• Conclusion of strategic partnerships in sales and purchasing;
• Close cooperation with marketing and category management departments;
• Close cooperation with those responsible for the other BU;
• Close collaboration with key services such as customer service, logistics, IT and finance;
